At Pets in Apartments, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you the best products for your pets. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our suppliers — this means faster fulfillment and no middleman delays.

Shipping Times 

Estimated delivery times vary by supplier and destination and will be shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order contents and delivery location. We display live rates from our suppliers so you always see accurate costs before completing your purchase.

How Returns Work
